PLEDGE 1
Hirons prioritizes diversity, equity and inclusion as one of the elements in our agency’s strategic planning process.
Focus Area: Workplace
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council consults on company policies, programs and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the agency’s DEI plan. Our consulting process includes participating in the agency’s annual strategic planning process, making edits to the employee handbook as needed, and more.
PLEDGE 2
Hirons partners with and supports certified women-, disability-, minority- and veteran-owned business enterprises.
Focus Areas: Workplace, Prosperity
We regularly partner with certified MBE, WBE, VBE and DOBE for printing, production, research and other services. In addition, we are proactive supporters of certification programs, regularly assisting small business owners throughout the certification process.

Hirons evaluates our company’s performance on diversity and inclusion efforts on a routine basis.
Focus Areas: Workplace
We will conduct surveys of our employees on an annual basis to measure progress of our DEI plan and initiatives internally. In addition, we will regularly survey our clients, strategic partners and vendors to assess our external efforts as they pertain to DEI.
